Report an event error
Send the GOTL event link, the detail that needs correcting, and an official source if you have one. This helps us check the date, venue, lineup, or ticket information.
Guestlist and account help
Include the event name and date for guestlist questions. For account or privacy questions, tell us what you need help with. Never send your sign-in code or payment details.

Ticket purchases and refunds
GOTL links to external ticket providers and does not sell tickets directly. Contact the seller shown on your order confirmation for payment, ticket delivery, or refund questions.
