Your information on GOTL.
Get On The List helps you discover Toronto events, save plans, and register for available guestlists. This page explains how those features use your information.
Accounts and saved events
We use your email address to send sign-in codes and identify your account. If you add a name or Instagram handle to your profile, we store those details with your account. We also store the events you save so you can find them again on another device.
Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Guestlist registrations
When you submit a guestlist registration, we store the event, your name, email, party size, optional Instagram handle, and registration status. We share the registration details with the event organizer so they can manage the guestlist. Changes and cancellations are also recorded and sent to the organizer.
The registration form explains what is shared before you submit. Signing in alone does not register you for an event.
Site activity and browser storage
We record page visits and outbound link activity to understand how people find and use GOTL. These records can include visited pages, search and campaign parameters, referring pages, browser information, a session identifier, and a hashed version of your IP address.
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, session continuity, and activity measurement. Clearing them may sign you out. The site also loads Impact's tracking script for affiliate link and impression measurement.
Services and external links
GOTL uses service providers for hosting, account authentication, data storage, and email delivery, including Supabase and Resend. Those services process information needed to provide these features.
Ticket sellers, Instagram, maps, and other linked services handle information under their own privacy policies. External images and scripts may also receive browser and connection information when they load. GOTL does not collect payment card details for ticket purchases.
Managing your information
You can edit your profile, remove saved events, and manage eligible guestlist registrations in your account. Account settings also include a deletion option for member accounts.
Deleting your GOTL account cannot recall guestlist emails already delivered to an organizer or delete records held by external ticket sellers. For questions about access, corrections, deletion, or information held by GOTL, contact us.
